Dura-Craft Heritage model number HR-560 dollhouse completely assembled and decorated. Dura-Craft is no longer in business and all of their homes are no longer in production. The house has seven rooms and the overall dimensions are 27 inches high, 29 inches wide and 20 inches deep. The Heritage model is a 1:12 scale home. The house has been painted and brick work applied to the base and the chimney. Great details on the outside including gutters and downspouts. Inside has been painted with wallpaper added in some rooms and simulated hardwood floors in many of the rooms. Plus, all the furniture you see in the pictures was included with the house.
