House That Jack Built - Williamsburg
For your consideration is this House That Jack Built home that was built in 1988. It is known as the Williamsburg model. Truly a gorgeous home. The accent color on the windows and door is a hunter green, while the roof has spruce green asphalt shingles adding a more realstic touch. The exterior has also been given a fresh coat of white paint. The house has milled siding on the exterior. Truly a well crafted house. The home has been wired for electricity and light fixtures and outlets have been installed. The top floor has been carpeted while the second floor has hardwood floors in two rooms and tile in the bathroom. The first floor has hardwood floor is the living room and tile in the kitchen. A door knocker and mailbox have been added to the front of the home as well.

This is a handmade store and is constructed of sturdy plywood. The interior has shelving and is carpeted throughout. The exterior is decorated in a pale yellow with brown trim. The interior is decorated in white and includes all shelving pictured below. Antique Shoppe
Here is a nice two room house that we decided to transform into an Antique Shoppe. We added a brick walkway on each side of the home, as well as, added a stone entrance path. We added a display counter and display cases along with items "for sale" within the shoppe. A cash register, wrapping paper dispenser along with a Shop Keeper have been added. An Antique Shoppe sign has been attached to the front of the shop. Many little features adorn this one of a kind dollhouse. All items pictured are included in the dollhouse.

1979 Artply Franklin House
This dollhouse is a 1979 Artply Franklin 9 room dollhouse model number 124 fully assembled. This house has been electrified and comes complete with ceiling light fixtures in all but two rooms. Those two rooms have outlets and come with a working lamp in the two rooms. We then decorated the interior, wallpapered the rooms and added hardwood flooring and carpeting. The exterior was customized with faux brick around the first level of the house and wood trim accents added to the second and third floors to give the house a Tudor appearance. We also added working coach lights to the outside of the second floor balcony. The dollhouse does not have doors on the balcony or on the front entrance but can be added later by you if you choose.
This house is one of a kind with the custom exterior features we added. The kit that served as the foundation for this home has been long out of production and is not often seen on the secondary market. Here is your chance to own a unique dollhouse. The house is 1:12 scale. This house has been customized from the original kit. There is no other Franklin done like this beauty! This house is one-of-a-kind.
